Shipping

Knitting patterns are automatically emailed to you after payment is confirmed. 

All knits are made-to-order and created after payment is received. Cabin + Cove is not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Local Pick Up 

If you are in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and would like to pick up your purchase use coupon code LOCALPICKUP at check out and I will be in touch to arrange a pick up in Waterloo, ON Canada.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I will be happy to work out an arrangement to your satisfaction. 

Due to the nature of the product, knitting patterns cannot be returned or refunded. 

If for any reason you are not able to attend a workshop you have already registered for, please let me know immediately. Your registration can be applied to another class.
